FAQs
-
If it’s related to marketing, web design, marketing platforms and tech, or finding the right words … I’ve got you.
I’ll caution that although I have opinions on social media, I’m not an expert at algorithm wrangling. So if you have social media questions, consider consulting with somebody who’s passionate about social. That wouldn’t be me.
-
This happens a lot more than you might think. Most of my clients come to me and say, “I know I need marketing help, but I’m so clueless about marketing that I don’t even know what to ask for!”
That’s what these sessions are all about. You can come to me with a big-picture problem (like “I’m just not getting clients!”) and we’ll troubleshoot together.
-
It’s not personal, just part of my process! I want to make sure we’re a good match before you make a payment and I put you on my calendar.
In the rare instance that I don’t approve a booking, it’s either because I have a conflict that the calendar didn’t catch, or I don’t think I have the right expertise to help with your problem. Either way, I’ll let you know!
-
You get a lot with each session you book. (Because that’s how I roll. I want you to succeed!)
Before our session, I’ll ask you to share some details about the challenge you’re facing. It could be a specific problem (“I don’t know how to do [fill in the blank] on my Squarespace site!”) or something broad "(“I’m getting visits to my website, but nobody’s booking!”)
Before we meet, I’ll do some prep so we can maximize our time together.
During our chat, we’ll talk through your problems and I’ll even do screen shares and demos if they’re needed.
After the session, I’ll send you a wrap-up email and, if you like, a recording of our meeting for you to keep and reference.
-
Not at all! It’s your hour. Whatever we can take on in 60 minutes is fair game.

Life happens, so if something comes up, you’re always welcome to reschedule.
But if you cancel altogether, the Huddle fee is nonrefundable.
